CGPublisher upgrade

  • New improved Work source/supporting docs file management area
  • Weblog listings are a reasonable length again, with an archive key
  • Paper Publication workflow now features a "Quick" product creation option
  • Publisher workspace collections may now form a heirarchy; filtering now available on "parent" collections, "all works" (ignore collections) and "works in no collection".
  • All forms now detect multiple clicks on "submit" buttons and avert multiple submissions of the same form
  • Lots of additional support for the CGBuild process, which is now fully-automated from the CGPublisher side
