  • Added a 'login' link to the proposals page
  • removed "(meaning)" under form labels and made labels links to CGML
  • Added protection against multiple form submissions by users
  • Added initial works summary information for publishers
  • Simplify "find user" form
  • Added an "Authors of Publisher" access rule
